2. (Optional) Click “Upload Your Design” so that we have your artwork. If your design is not ready, you may email it later
3. Click the “Add to Cart” button and checkout. 
4. Keep an eye on your email within the next day or so for a digital proof. Once we send the proof to you, please review it and “Approve” or request changes. Once you approve your proof, you don’t have to do anything else- we will take care of the rest and your stickers will arrive to your door in just a few days!

Both the sticker and paper backing are cut completely through. The finished product is custom shaped to your design!

Our stickers are made for both indoor and outdoor use, and are expected to last 7+ years when applied properly. Laminate is applied to every sticker to help protect against UV rays and scratches.

Of course! Your sticker(s) will hold up through rain, snow, wind, car washes, and dishwashers if applied correctly

Yes! Our stickers are oil proof.

Generally speaking, you can apply your stickers to any smooth and clean surface! Some examples include vehicles, laptops, tumblers, mugs, cell phones, and Polyurethaned wood.

The most popular standard sticker size is 3”. 

1”- about Quarter size

2”- about Oreo Cookie size

3” x 2.5”- Business Card size

5”- about the size of a slice of bread

The best size and shape for you may depend on your design and file type. A design with lots of small text or a QR Code should be printed large enough to be readable. If your provided file is pixelated or poor quality, selecting a smaller size may help decrease the visible pixelation.

Before adhering your sticker to a surface, be sure to wash the area with water and a little soap. DO NOT use any type of cleaner to wash the surface, as the vinyl will not stick. After washing, thoroughly dry the area, and you are ready to apply your sticker!

Yes! Please provide the highest resolution file you have to help ensure the QR Code scans correctly.

Our labels are made out of a high-quality BOPP. A layer of laminate is added to each label for extra durability.

Yes! They are weatherproof/waterproof.

The smallest rolls we offer are 50 labels.

Yes! Permanent Markers work best, and certain gel-type pens.

1 design can be printed per roll. Additional rolls would need to be purchased for each design you have. A multi-item discount is applied at checkout!

Preferred File Types: AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD

Acceptable File Types: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and SVG

You may send us any files that you have, and we will use the best one.

300 DPI (dots per square inch) is preferred to give the best print results, but not required. We can print just about any file type/resolution.

After ordering, expect your first proof to be sent to your email between now and 48 hours. Please accept or deny the design as soon as you can. If we have not heard a response within 2 business days, your order will automatically go to production

Please reach out to us ASAP to see if it is possible to request changes. Most of the time, once a proof image is approved we can no longer make edits

Digital files are shown in RGB color mode. This is the color mode used on phones, computer screens, and TV’s that are made up of light for the digital display. Because these colors are made of light, they may appear more “vibrant”. Personalized screen settings also need to be taken into account when viewing any image digitally. Notice that the colors may look slightly different between your phone screen and computer screen. 

All printers use CMYK color mode, which is ink based. When we print, your digital file (RGB) is converted to CMYK mode. 

Our printers do a good job of keeping the same color shade after the conversion most of the time, but differences in color shades are always possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee exact color matches. If you are concerned on how your digital file will print, we recommend ordering a small batch and editing the colors of your digital file accordingly.

We will crop/trace your logo or design into your desired sticker shape. The new shape will be shown in your proof. If in the event your requested shape is not possible, we would let you know and offer recommendations.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS 2-Day. Orders going to a PO Box will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Sample Packs will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

Yes! All orders will include a tracking number, unless the listing states otherwise.

Our standard shipping cost is FREE! Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee.

We ship to all U.S. states and territories! Residential, commercial, and PO Box, and APO addresses are welcomed. We do not ship internationally at this time.

No, each order can be shipped to one address.

Every order is shipped with a tracking number so you can view where your package is at any time! We ask that you please have patience with the shipping carrier, and allow them the time needed to safely deliver your order.

If in the unlikely event this situation happens, we highly recommend checking with neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. The next step would be to contact your local post office to see if they can provide details on what might have happened. If you have no luck with the first two steps, please email us at support@stickerwave.com, and we will be happy to help out!

If your tracking number indicates that the package has been lost in transit, please let us know. We will work with the shipping carrier to track down your stickers.
